By tearing of the ENLARGED ROD through the COTTER HOLE

By tearing of the SPIGOT END through the cotter hole

By double shear of the COTTER PIN

By double shear of the LARGE ROD END

By double shear of the SOCKET

By crushing between the COTTER and the ROD END

By crushing between the COTTER and the SPIGOT END
